First Baptist Church of Lipan, TX is seeking to hire a Nursery Director to work with the infants and toddlers who attend FBC. Lipan is located 27 miles north of Stephenville.
The Nursery Director would be in the church nursery from 9:30 am-12:30 pm every Sunday and from 5:45pm-7:45pm on Wednesdays on the nights our children's ministry is meeting. Any time school is out, our Wednesday children's program is also out so weeks like Thanksgiving and Spring Break are not an issue.
This position requires punctuality, the ability to respond appropriately in childcare situations, a willingness to follow established church childcare protocols, and the ability to pass a background check as required by the church's insurance provider including being over the age of 18.
Pay for this position will be 3-5 hours per week at $21/hr. The Nursery Director is invited to stay for any church meals we have, and we try to have some sort of light breakfast in the children's area each week that the Director would be welcome to have as well.
